Terms and Conditions

By submitting information or taking part in a competition held by Helpling GmbH via social media, you agree with the following terms and conditions:
1. Participation

  1. This competition is being held by Helpling GmbH, Jägerstraße 71, 10117 Berlin.

  2. This competition is open to all residents of Dubai.

  3. This competition starts on 09.02.17 at 1 pm and closes on 15.02.17 at 4 pm.

  4. The minimum age for participants is 18 years of age.

2. Winners/Entry

  1. If appropriate, the winner will determined by  Helpling employees.

  2. Otherwise, winners will be selected randomly.

  3. Any notable criteria changes (e.g. date extensions) will be made known on Facebook and subsequently changed on this page.

  4. Decisions will be final.

  5. Entrants may only enter once.

  6. Winners will be contacted through the appropriate medium (eg. if Facebook competition, through Facebook)

3. Disqualification

  1. Any user who tries using technology or other means to distort the result of the competition will be immediately disqualified.

  2. In the event of a disqualification, the next-ranked candidate will receive the prize  and so on.

  3. Only new Helpling customers are able to redeem this voucher worth 4 hours of free cleaning along.

4. The prize/reward

  1. The prize/prizes/voucher is worth 140 AED in cleaning voucher.

  2. It is not possible to exchange any prize/reward for its monetary worth.

  3. Participants are not allowed to exchange prizes/reward offered and won, by Helpling or appropriate affiliates, for other goods or money.

  4. If Helpling does not receive claim to the offered prize/reward by the winner/receiver or receive news of prize/reward activation, the prize/reward will not be able to be claimed after March 15, 2017.

5. In addition

  1. Helpling reserves the right to temporarily or permanently discontinue the competition without prior notice, for any reason, regardless of whether winners have been announced.

  2. In this case (before regular operation of the Sweepstakes) nobody will receive a  prize/reward.

6. Protection of data privacy

  1. Participant information and personal data will be stored by Helpling GmbH for the purpose of future contact.

  2. By entering this competition, participants agree to the storage and use of their personal and submitted data, for the previously stated purpose.

  3. Helpling GmbH will not pass collected personal data on to third parties.

Legal regulations

  1. Competitions are not directly linked to Facebook.
