Mandatory temperature checks are done to all our professionals on a daily basis at the beginning and end of their shifts. Readings above 37.2 Celsius are immediately reported and professionals are pulled out from the daily roster and asked to seek medical advice. The professional will only be able to report back to work after running a normal body temperature for 3 consecutive days or as prescribed by the attending doctor.
Our team is consistently working to ensure a continuous supply of hygiene kits to the entire staff, including facial masks, gloves, hand sanitizers and protective suits. Hand sanitizers are installed in each van and professionals are asked to sanitize their hands before and after each cleaning session. Professionals are also requested to wear facial masks and disposable gloves, which are used at all times during the cleaning appointment and replaced before going to the next job.
Cleaners are trained to maintain the safety distance from clients during the cleaning session (1.5 meters), wash their hands at the beginning and end of the appointment, wear disposable gloves at all times and avoid touching their face before sanitizing their hands. A contingency plan has been put in place to react quickly in case a professional gets sick or experiences symptoms of COVID-19 in order to protect other customers and professionals and avoid further spread of the virus. Last but not least, our Customer Happiness Heroes are trained to screen requests at the point of the query to assess potential exposures and circumstances in the home, to the extent possible, before worker entry.
